The IZOD CENTER Box Office is located on the South
side of the building in the Main Lobby between Gates A and D.
Tickets for all events at The Theater, IZOD CENTER and Giants
Stadium can be purchased at this location. Ticket windows are
open Monday - Saturday, 11 AM to 6 PM. The Box Office is closed
on Sundays unless there is an event. For events that fall on a
Sunday, the Box Office will open approximately 2 hours before
the event and sell tickets only for that day's event. The Box
Office remains open during events through intermission.

FIRST DAY OF SALE POLICY
Tickets for concerts, international soccer and college football
are sold through Ticketmaster only on the first day of sale. Tickets
will not be sold at the IZOD CENTER Box Office.
If tickets remain after the first day of sale, they will be available
at the Arena Box Office. Cash only for concerts.
TICKETFAST
TicketFast is a new ticketing option introduced by Ticketmaster
that enables you to get your tickets right away. By using TicketFast
you avoid waiting in will call lines and you don't have to depend
on mail delivery. You can print your tickets at home or in the
office at your own convenience. TicketFast is available for all
events except Jets, Giants and NY/NJ Red Bulls games. To learn more

METHODS OF PAYMENT AT IZOD CENTER BOX OFFICE
The methods of payment accepted at the IZOD CENTER Box
Office are cash, credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express
only), and travelers checks in US funds with valid ID. Please
note that tickets for Giants and Jets games, and concerts are
cash only transactions.
(ADA) SEATING FOR PATRONS WITH DISABILITIES
The Meadowlands has designated seats at IZOD CENTER for guests with disabilities. All accessible seating is
reserved. In order to be properly accommodated, we recommend
that guests with disabilities purchase their tickets in advance
to obtain desired seat locations. Some accessible seats that
are not purchased during an advanced sale period (which may
vary depending upon the event) may be released for sale to the
general public.
Tickets are available for all Arena events. The IZOD CENTER Box Office
has an accessible window (#9) where guests with disabilities
may purchase tickets.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are available for purchase at the IZOD CENTER Box Office. They can be used to purchase tickets
to events at IZOD CENTER and Giants Stadium.
Certificates are available in denominations of $100, $50, $25,
$20, $10 and $5. Methods of payment include Cash, VISA, MasterCard,
American Express and Travelers Checks in U.S. funds with valid
ID.
AGE POLICY
For ALL events at IZOD CENTER, patrons who are
12 months of age or older must have a valid ticket to gain admission.
GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS
General Admission tickets are for standing areas only on the
floor of the arena. Seating is not available in this area. These
tickets are sometimes marked as GA followed by a number as the
seat location. This number is for inventory purposes only and
does not denote a seating location. The floor area may be split
into two general admission areas. This is noted on the ticket
as GA VIP for the front section (nearer the stage) and GA BACK
for the rear section.
PICKING UP TICKETS
IZOD CENTER EVENTS: The reservation/will call windows
are located in the IZOD CENTER Box Office Lobby
between gates A and D. Tickets on reserve for all Arena events
can be picked up during regular box office hours during the
week and up to the start of the event on an event day. You must
show photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
GIANTS STADIUM EVENTS: Tickets on reserve can be picked
up at the Arena reservations window up to the day of the event.
The Giants Stadium Box Office and Will Call is open on event
days only and opens approximately 2-1/2 hours prior to a sporting
event and 2 hours prior to a concert. Giants Stadium Will Call
is located at Gate D for all events except MetroStars games;
will call for NY/NJ Red Bulls games is located at Gate C. You must
show photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
TICKET RESALE POLICY
Pursuant to New Jersey State law, the holder of a ticket may
not resell at a premium of more than $3.00 or 20% of the face
value, whichever is greater. Ticket resale is not permitted
on Meadowlands property.
LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS
The box office may issue a duplicate ticket or "location
slip" for some events. In order to have a ticket replaced,
you must send or bring a copy of an official police report containing
an incident report number to the Arena box office. Location
slips can be picked up at the box office on the day of the event
